By accessing or using Recipe-Clipper ("the Service"), operated by Recipe-Clipper ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Recipe-Clipper is a web application and browser extension that allows users to extract, save, organize, and manage recipes from websites and photos. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying feature access.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are listed in USD.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through Settings > Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 30 days.

You retain ownership of recipes and content you save to the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your saved recipes. You can export your data at any time via JSON export or PDF download.
By using the sharing feature, you grant us a limited license to display your shared recipes on publicly accessible pages.
Recipe-Clipper uses AI to extract recipes from websites and photos. While we strive for accuracy, AI extraction may not always be perfect. You should review extracted recipes before cooking. We are not responsible for errors in AI-extracted content.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including Supabase (data storage and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Anthropic (AI extraction). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. For paid users, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect your subscription.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
